Aerospace manufacturer buys Berlin industrial property for $1.1M

A Berlin aerospace manufacturer is expanding its operations in town with the purchase of a new home.

PYC Manufacturing, which has been in business since 2005, recently bought a 20,633-square-foot industrial building at 758 Four Rod Road for $1.1 million according to brokers involved in the deal.

PYC has been located down the street, at 500 Four Rod Road, and the move is expected to provide the company with more space.

O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Sheppard Family Holdings LLC. Commercial Real Estate Group represented PYC.

The property at 758 Four Rod Road, which sits on 5 acres, had been the location of Auction It Today, an online consignment store that helps customers sell items through eBay. The owner of the business is looking to downsize, according to O,R&L.
