AI, graphic design companies ink area leases

A New York City-based company focused on artificial intelligence and a graphic design firm are among the companies which have recently finalized leases in the region.

Kristin Geenty, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, said the firm recently brokered several leases.

Intelligent Artifacts Inc. leased 500 square feet of office space at 2415 Boston Post Rd., Guilford. The company, which has its corporate offices in the World Trade Center in Manhattan, plans to use the Guilford space for its chief executive office. 

According to the company’s website, it focuses on the development of machine intelligence.

Bill Clark of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord, Mariner Properties LLC, while Kevin and Kristin Geenty represented Intelligent Artifacts.

In another deal, Brand Katalyst LLC leased two units, or 1,536 square feet, at 11 Sycamore Way, Branford. The tenant plans to use the space for its graphic design and promotional products company, according to an announcement. 

Differential Pressure Plus Inc. leased a 1,024-square-foot unit, also at 11 Sycamore Way, Branford. The company has been manufacturing differential pressure gauges since 1991 and its products are used worldwide, according to its website.

Kristin Geenty represented both the tenants and the landlord, Gray Eagle Inc., in each of those transactions.

Meanwhile, Art’s Television & Appliance has leased 5,500 square feet at 21 Commerce Dr., North Branford. Kevin and Kristin Geenty represented both the tenant and the landlord, W. E. Hitchcock LLC.

Financial terms of the leases were not disclosed.
