Come hungry and get ready to savor culinary delights at the upcoming New Haven Restaurant Week.

The city’s restaurant owners hope to entice new customers and please returning ones. The deals include $17 lunch and $34 dinner prix fixe multi-course menus.

The event runs from Sunday, Nov. 3 through Friday, Nov. 8, and more than 30 of New Haven’s eateries are participating.

Atelier Florian, Christopher Martins, John Davenport’s, Olmo, Temple Grill, Union League Cafe and Zinc are among the establishments taking part.

Curried pumpkin and shrimp bisque, pumpkin seed crusted chicken breast, and apple almond tartlet are among the offerings at Christopher Martins. The restaurants typically offer multiple choices for appetizer, main course and dessert to each customer.

The event benefits the Connecticut Food Bank, and has raised more than $40,000 for the organization in the past eight years.
