New England Gypsum, a building materials and distribution company, has leased a 22,000-square-foot warehouse at 252-262 Depot Rd., Milford.
The lease is for five years, and also includes a yard and covered outside storage.
The lease’s total value is for $1.44 million, according to an announcement.
Tony Vitti of Colonial Properties in Orange represented the landlord, MNBD LLC, in the transaction. Chris Duclos from Sentry Commercial represented the tenant.
New England Gypsum has locations in Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire, according to its website. It serves residential and commercial construction customers and has a range of products, such as drywall, insulation, lumber and steel used in the construction industry. It is affiliated with Robert N. Karpp Company, a building supply company in Massachusetts.
