Seven of Greater Hartford's top-performing executives will be honored at Hartford Business Journal's C-Suite Awards on June 12.
The C-Suite Awards, which will take place at the Hartford Marriott from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., will honor senior executives who have contributed to their organization’s growth and have shown a commitment to good ethics, effective reporting and involvement in the community.
The seven winners from the for-profit, nonprofit and governmental sectors this year include: Rohan Freeman, founder and president of Freeman Companies LLC, Hartford Healthcare CEO Elliot Joseph, Kim Hawkins, vice president and chief operating officer of HEDCO Inc. and Fuss & O’Neill COO Kevin Grigg.
Other winners include Scott Roberts, the town of South Windsor’s chief information officer and assistant town manager, United Way of Connecticut Inc. CIO Leo Pellerin and Jeffrey Cohen, Chief Marketing Officer for ImageWorks LLC.
The event also includes a keynote address from several members of the Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic Growth, including Jim Smith, non-executive chairman of the board of directors of Webster Financial Corp. and Webster Bank; Cindi Bigelow, president and CEO of family-owned Bigelow Tea; and Bob Patricelli, former CEO & Founder of Women’s Health USA.
In addition to June’s ceremony, winners will also be featured in a special issue of the Hartford Business Journal.
