E. Haven medical office building sells for $2.5M

A fully-occupied medical office building at 317 Foxon Road in East Haven has sold for $2.5 million.

The building is 24,272 square feet on two acres. It was 100% leased at the time of the sale, with a mix of medical and office tenants.

The occupants include 203-Urgent Care Center; Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut; Nexgen, a software and technology company; Specialized Data, a software development company serving the banking industry; and the nonprofit organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).

Frank Hird of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented both the seller, Five Dees LLC, and the buyer, 317 Foxon Road LLC, in the investment sale.

The location is on Route 80, close to I-91 and the I-95 interchange.

The buyer was incorporated in January, and lists Jasdeep Sidana as its managing member, according to the Office of the Secretary of the State.
