E. Haven plaza fetches $2.15 million

East Haven’s South Shore Plaza, a 39,161-square-foot retail/mixed-use neighborhood center at 662 Coe Ave. and 16 Hemingway Ave., has been sold for $2.15 million. The property includes an 18.630-square-foot retail shopping center and two commercial garages on two parcels totaling 2.9 acres. Frank Hird, SIOR, and Phil Marshall of OR&L Commercial represented the seller, Rossano Realty, LLC in the deal. The buyer was DeLaurentis Management Corp.

Poppy Associates, LLC has sold 99-111 Cherry St., Milford for $1,075,000. The complex at Gulf and Cherry streets consists of two buildings housing 15 units: seven residential apartments totaling 5,783 square feet, seven office suites and one standalone medical office totaling 8,306 square feet. The seller was represented by Mark Fagan of Coldwell Banker, while Frank D’Ostilio of Real Living Wareck D’Ostilio represented the buyer, Cherry Street Commons LLC of Woodbridge.
