Purchaser Patient Choice Holdings LLC, whose principal is Garumuni DeSilva of Woodbridge, was represented by Ken Ginsberg, CCIM of WDRL Commercial. Women’s Self-Healing & Intuitive Healing LLC, d/b/a WISH, has leased a two-story, 1,416-square-foot office building at 764B East Main Street, Branford. Founded by nurse practitioner Shawn Polizzi, the company, specializing in health and wellness care for women and families, plans to open its new Branford practice next month. Kristin Geenty of the Geenty Group, Realtors represented both WISH and the landlord, Massey Properties LLC, in the transaction.
