The sale of a former Wells Fargo Bank branch at 2427 Whitney Avenue, Hamden for $825,000 closed September 11. The 0.78-acre site is improved with a freestanding 2,911-square-foot structure, with onsite parking for 30-plus cars. Stephen Press, SIOR of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the listing broker representing seller Twenty Four Twenty Seven Whitney Ave. LLC. Purchaser Patient Choice Holdings LLC, whose principal is Garumuni DeSilva of Woodbridge, was represented by Ken Ginsberg, CCIM of WDRL Commercial. The building will undergo renovations for an internal-medicine practice.

Women’s Self-Healing & Intuitive Healing LLC, d/b/a WISH, has leased a two-story, 1,416-square-foot office building at 764B East Main Street, Branford. Founded by nurse practitioner Shawn Polizzi, the company, specializing in health and wellness care for women and families, plans to open its new Branford practice next month. Kristin Geenty of the Geenty Group, Realtors represented both WISH and the landlord, Massey Properties LLC, in the transaction.
