Gaylord Specialty Healthcare recently named Roslyn Gilhuly as its associate vice president for development operations and campaign initiatives.
Gaylord, based in Wallingford, is a nonprofit healthcare organization focused on rehabilitation. In this role, Gilhuly is responsible for developing and implementing campaign strategies that lead to Gaylord’s philanthropic growth.
Gilhuly, of Wallingford, has more than 25 years of experience in fundraising, donor stewardship, communications, public relations, event planning, logistical support and corporate relationship building.
Prior to Gaylord, Gilhuly held leadership roles at Mystic Aquarium, where she was responsible for all contributions and membership revenue for the institution.

Local businessman to lead chamber board
The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce recently announced Howard K. Hill will be serving as chairman of its board.
Hill is the owner of Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, which has locations in New Haven, Hartford and Bloomfield. Hill founded his business in 2004.
The chamber serves as an advocate for the business community and promoter of economic growth.
HIll had most recently served as vice chair of the board for the 2020-21 term. He takes over the chair role from Jeff Klaus, regional president of Berkshire Bank.
