Gyllenborg named chair of Murtha Cullina's business law practice

Law firm Murtha Cullina has named Partner Eric J. Gyllenborg chair of the firm's business law practice, and Jaimie L. Russell and Matthew A. Pesce as associates in its litigation practice.

Gyllenborg provides counsel to corporate clients on a wide array of business and finance matters. His practice focuses on general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, insurance agent and broker business and transactions, commercial lending, private securities offerings, private equity, venture capital, employment and intellectual property law.

Russell conducts legal research, crafts litigation strategies and has experience as an insurance defense and civil litigation and securities attorney.

Pesce has experience handling complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters in a diverse array of industries including health care, construction, retail and hospitality.
