Halloran Sage adds Springfield office

Hartford-based Halloran Sage is expanding into Massachusetts with the addition of Springfield law firm Cooley Shrair.

In a statement, the company said six attorneys will join Halloran Sage, including named partners Peter and David Shrair, in addition to paralegals and support staff. They are expected to remain at their Springfield office.

Cooley Shrair specializes in corporate, real estate and business matters.

“They have an outstanding reputation across the Bay State as responsive transactional attorneys,” Halloran Sage Managing Partner William McGrath said of the firm. “Adding a Springfield office will give us the resources we need to service our clients’ needs across southern New England.”
