Hamden medical office building sells for $3.9M

A Hamden property co-anchored by DaVita Kidney Care and Quest Diagnostics has sold for $3.9 million, town records show.

The 12,340-square-foot medical office building is located at 3000 Dixwell Ave.

The buyer was 3000 Dixwell LLC, which is controlled by Adam Ibrahim of Binghamton, New York.

The seller was Art Hamden LLC based in Seattle, Washington, town records show.

The property was on the market for 14 months, with an initial asking price of $4.2 million, according to CoStar.
