A juice company, Freshbev LLC, has leased 46,750 square feet of industrial space at 3 Sterling Dr., Wallingford.
The company, which is doing business as RIPE Liquid Produce, was founded in 2009 and makes fresh juice products.
Its juices come in flavors like classic cranberry, agave margarita, classic Cosmopolitan and agave mojito. Its products are used for fresh juice at retail or in food service, and for making fresh cocktails at bars and restaurants. The company’s juice products are also available online and in package stores.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The company, based in New Haven, plans to move into the new space “in the near future,” according to an announcement.
The space is part of a 91,476-square-foot professional and office building on 12 acres.
Frank Hird, SIOR and Adam Gregg of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the landlord, Sterling Estates LLC, in the deal. Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group Realtors in Branford represented the new tenant.
