Manchester medical office building sells for $8.9M

 A Manchester medical office building occupied by Hartford HealthCare, Starling Physicians and a number of other tenants has sold for $8.9 million, according to CoStar.
 
The 43,790-square-foot property at 360 Tolland Turnpike sold in December to Minneapolis-based healthcare realty investor Davis Real Estate.
 
The seller was Lon G. Annulli, president of Manchester construction firm Orlando Annulli & Sons Inc. 
 
In an email Annulli said the deal was part of a package that also included the recent $16.9 million sale of another Manchester medical office building his firm constructed at 376 Tolland Turnpike.
  
 360 Tolland Turnpike was built in 1989.
