Medical practice inks three-year lease for Guilford space

New Haven Neurosurgical Associates has leased a 2,200-square-foot Class A medical office space inside the Serenity Hill Office Park at 1570 Boston Post Rd. in Guilford.

The lease is for three years at a price of $18 per square foot, according to Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial in Branford. Braun represented both the landlord, Bethel 1570 LLC, and the tenant in the deal.

The new tenant plans to move from its current location in New Haven and occupy its new space in Guilford in April, an announcement states. 

The medical practice is focused on diagnosing and treating disorders of the brain, spinal cord and nerves, and its physicians perform surgeries for various conditions, such as tumors and carpal tunnel syndrome, according to its website.

O,R&L Commercial indicated that the Guilford office park will now be fully occupied. It was built in 1975 and was recently renovated.
