New Haven BIZ recently made leadership changes in its editorial department.
Michelle Tuccitto Sullo, who joined New Haven BIZ in 2019 as managing editor, now serves as editor and is responsible for overseeing editorial content of its website and monthly print publication. She has been a journalist since 1992, and she previously was a correspondent, reporter, bureau chief and investigations editor for the New Haven Register. From 2015-16, she was managing editor of the Connecticut Law Tribune.
Liese Klein has been promoted to managing editor. Klein, who had been a staff writer, brings more than 20 years of experience covering New Haven. Previously, she worked at New Haven Magazine and Business New Haven. During her career, Klein also has been a web editor for the Hartford Business Journal and a copy editor at the New York Times, The New York Sun and the New York Times/International Herald Tribune, where she edited breaking news and feature copy for all sections on hourly and daily deadlines.
Greg Bordonaro, who has been serving as editor of New Haven BIZ, will continue in his role as editor of its sister publication, the Hartford Business Journal. He also will oversee the editorial direction of New England Business Media’s publications in the state as Connecticut content director.
The changes were effective March 1.
