A 1.4-acre Newington property hosting a Boston Market restaurant sold for $1.9 million in November.

Land records show 2495 Berlin Turnpike sold to Venice Take 5 CT LLC in a deal recorded Nov. 9.

Formed in Feb. 2021, the limited liability company lists Adam Mazzaro as principal and shares a North Haven address with J Roo’s restaurant. The North Haven pizza restaurant is owned by the Mazzaro family.

The property was sold by Berlin Turnpike 2495, a limited liability company that changed its name to Investments 2495 LLC on the date the Newington sale was recorded, according to city and state records.

The selling limited liability company lists Sullo Investments and Joseph A. Sullo, of West Hartford, as principals. Sullo is a property investor and hospitality entrepreneur. His ventures include a Hartford-based restaurant supply company.

Attempts to reach Mazzaro were not immediately successful.
