A 20,184-square-foot office building at 23 Maiden Lane in North Haven sold this month for $1.65 million.
Maiden Group LLC sold the building to Eitz Zayis CT LLC of Monsey, N.Y., town records show. The new owner’s principal is listed as Rachel Elbaum, according to the Secretary of State’s office.
The building is a single-tenant asset and was built in 1985. It was recently upgraded and is near both I-91 and the Wilbur Cross Parkway.
Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker in the transaction, which closed on Oct 20. Stephen Press represented the buyer, while Susan Criscuolo and David Candido represented the seller.

A 4.17-acre parcel of undeveloped land in a commercial area in Orange sold recently for $825,000.
The property, at 51 Carlson Rd., is surrounded by commercial sites, including the Burlington Coat Factory, Walgreens and Amazon warehouse space.
Frank Hird, SIOR and Adam Gregg of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented both the seller, Fifty-One LLC, and the buyer, Michael Massimino.
Future use of the parcel is not yet determined. The new owner is offering a build-to-suit, land-lease opportunity, according to an announcement from O,R&L.
The property has 286 feet of frontage on Carlson Road, and access to Route 1.
