Otis President and CEO Judy Marks named company's board chair

Judy Marks.
Farmington elevator maker Otis Worldwide Corp.’s board of directors has named company President and CEO Judy Marks as chair.
She will begin the post Feb. 3, 2022. Marks was named CEO in June 2019.
Marks will succeed Chris Kearney, who plans to remain on the board. Kearney has served as the board’s executive chair since Otis became an independent, publicly traded company in April 2020.
