Pretty as a picture: Business opens in Seymour

Blissful Moments Photography celebrated its opening at 20 Bank St., Suite 202, in Seymour with a ribbon-cutting Wednesday.
 
The eight-year-old business provides photography for events and weddings, as well as offering “Princess Party” packages and portraits for all ages, from newborns to senior portraits.
