Pexagon Technology, Inc., a Branford company which sells customized products such as flash drives, gift boxes and drinkware, has leased two spaces at 1 Shoreline Dr., Guilford.
The company has entered into a 10-year lease for a 10,880-square-foot unit, and it also leased another 4,380 square feet. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.
The company, led by President Brian Campbell, plans to use the spaces for its warehouse and laser printing operations.
Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group was the agent for the tenant. The landlord, Russo Real Estate LLC, was represented by Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group.

Electrical contracting biz coming to Old Saybrook parcel
A 3.27-acre parcel of commercial land at 92 Spencer Plains Rd., Old Saybrook has sold for $255,000.
The seller was the estate of Henry Syvertsen, which was represented by Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group.
The buyer, William John Muir Jr. and his family, plans to use the land to construct a new building to house an electrical contracting business. Robert Cancelmo of Berkshire Hathaway in Old Saybrook represented the buyer in the transaction.

New Haven apartment building sold
A 5-unit apartment building at 54 Judith Terrace in New Haven has sold for $600,000.
Matthew Hughes, broker/owner of Farm River Property Management LLC, represented the seller, 118 Ogden LLC. The buyer, Re Fund II SFR 1 LLC, whose agent is listed as Mandy Management LLC of New Haven, was not represented.
