A student apartment complex in Bridgeport that serves Sacred Heart University has sold for $11.1 million, city records show.
The 44-unit Pioneer Garden apartment complex at 51 Eckart St., sold in November. It contains a mix of three- and four-bedroom apartments with 133 total beds.
It was built in 2008.
The buyer was 51 Eckart SHU LLC, which is controlled by CQM Fund III LLC of Stamford.
The seller was Acorn I LLC, which is controlled by John L. Williams and Stephanie Stiefel Williams, state records show.
Pioneer is a three-story building that sits on 1.64 acres, according to CoStar.

Downtown New Haven office building sells for $8M
A New Haven office building that was slated to be converted to apartments has sold for $8 million, property records show.
The 106,865-square-foot property at 129 Church St., sold in October.
The sellers were Jacob and Josef Feldman, who earlier this year received city approval to convert the eight-story building into 92 market-rate apartments, according to the New Haven Independent.
The buyer was View on the Green LLC, which is controlled by Shmuel Levitin, who has a New Haven business address, state records show.
It’s not clear how the sale will impact the proposed apartment conversion project.
The Feldman brothers originally purchased the building in 2014 for $6.9 million, property records show.
The property was built in 1900 and sits 0.33 acres, according to CoStar.

Stratford industrial property sells for $8M
A Stratford industrial property anchored by Sunbelt Rentals has sold for $8 million, property records show.
The 14,600-square-foot property at 85 Mead St., sold in September.
The buyer was Agree Realty, a Michigan-based real estate investment trust.
The seller was SHD SB Stratford LLC, which originally bought the property in 2014 for $1.3 million, records show.
The property was built in 2015, sits on 1.67 acres and has 18 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
