Torrington retail plaza sells for $1.3M

A 17,861-square-foot retail plaza at 683 Winsted Road in Torrington sold for $1.3 million earlier this month, according to city records.

Caspian Realty LLC. purchased the property on Dec. 2, according to assessing records. The prior owner, Winsted Plaza LLC, paid $1 million for the building and 2.6 acres of associated land in 2016.

Ali Seibani and Khosrow Dahi are listed as principals of Caspian Realty, which was formed in October, according to state records. The company lists a Huntington, New York address.
