W. Hartford's Marketing Solutions Unlimited acquires Newington commercial printer

West Hartford commercial printing company Marketing Solutions Unlimited LLC announced it has acquired Newington-based Paladin Commercial Printers.

Marketing Solutions, which is located at 109 Talcott Road, makes print advertising materials and provides direct mailing service for clients. Paladin is a commercial printing company that offers printing, binding and mailing services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the deal, Paladin’s employees will continue working from their Newington location, and there are no plans to lay off any of the approximately 30 employees now shared between both companies.
