A fully-leased, 30-unit apartment complex in West Haven sold recently for $3.58 million, according to city land records and brokers.
Daniel J. Maffeo Jr. purchased the two-building complex on 1.84 acres at 125 Coleman St. on behalf of the Daniel Maffeo Living Trust Agreement and First Utility Enterprises Ltd.
Colonial Properties Inc. represented the seller, Green Olive Management Properties LLC of Orange. Benjamin Hale of Hale Real Estate in Glastonbury represented the buyer.
Colonial Properties President Michael Richetelli said there was significant interest in the property and the high per-unit sale price “demonstrates the high demand for stabilized multi-family properties in the Greater New Haven market.”
