A Wethersfield office building anchored by several healthcare tenants including Hartford HealthCare has sold for $11 million, property records show.
The 89,792-square-foot building at 1290 Silas Deane Highway sold earlier this month.
The buyer was Silas Dean Partners LLC, which is controlled by Shaya Labin of Brooklyn, New York, state records show.
Labin took out a mortgage on the property from First County Bank, land records show.
The seller was Silas Deane Professional Center LLC, which is controlled by Joseph Moruzzi, who has a Hamden business and residential address. Moruzzi bought the property in 2012 for $2 million, property records show. The property has undergone at least $56,550 in renovations since 2018, property records show.
The town has appraised the building at $7 million, property records show.
The property was built in 1973, sits on 3.03 acres and has 360 surface parking spaces.
