Bristol commercial property sells for $4 million

A 7,600 square-foot building in Bristol recently sold for over $4 million, according to town records.

The property at 1215 Farmington Ave. sold for $4.2 million.

The buyer is Croes Realty LLC of New Rochelle. Its principal is listed as Rettner Manager LLC, of New Rochelle, which is affiliated with Rettner Building Management Corp., also of New Rochelle. Ronald Rettner is the principal of Rettner Building Management.

The seller was listed as GP Bristol LLC of Boca Raton, Fla., which is affiliated with Predesco Property Investments of Boca Raton. Ron Sheldon is president of Predesco.

The property’s initial asking price was $4.4 million and it had been on the market for 208 days.

Tenants include an urgent care center, an AT&T store and a restaurant.
