Disaster restoration firm leases Hamden space

A Massachusetts-based company which provides emergency restoration services has leased space in Hamden.

The business, 24 Restore NE, LLC, helps clients recover from fire, water and mold damage, and provides reconstruction and renovation services. It also provides professional cleaning services aimed at preventing COVID-19 infection. According to the company, it specializes in restoring commercial and residential properties to their pre-loss condition.

The company recently leased 7,200-square-feet of industrial and office space at 9 Corporate Ridge Rd., Hamden. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. 

Sentry Commercial represented the tenant, while Levey Miller Maretz LLC represented the landlord, 9 Corporate Ridge Hamden LP, in the deal.
