Gaylord names Chen to rehab staff

Gaylord Specialty Healthcare has appointed physiatrist David Chen, MD, FAAPMR, MMSc, to its rehabilitation medical staff. Chen comes to Gaylord from Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, Mass., where he provided physical medicine, rehabilitation clinical care and served as chief health informatics officer. He graduated from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, N.Y., earned his Master of Medical Science at Harvard Medical School and completed his postdoctoral fellowship in biomedical informatics at Massachusetts General Hospital.

His residency and internship were both completed at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Chen is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as the American Board of Preventive Medicine and is certified as a specialist in clinical informatics.

Dermatologist Jeremy Moss, MD has affiliated with Integrated Dermatology, a national dermatology company, to form Integrated Dermatology of Waterbury, with offices in the Brass City and Southbury. Moss is also medical director and a clinician at Brookside Dermatology Associates in Bridgeport and medical director of Integrated Dermatology of Clinton.

A Stanford graduate, Moss received his medical degree from New York University, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He also earned a Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from NYU and completed his dermatology residency and fellowship at Yale University, where he serves as an associate clinical professor of dermatology.
