Hartford apartments sell for $2.2M

A 30-unit apartment complex in Hartford’s Ayslum Hill neighborhood has sold for $2.2 million, property records show. 

The 30,000-square-foot property at 25 Imlay St., sold Oct.13.

The buyer was Imlay Palace LLC, which is controlled by Martin Sbriglio, who has a Stratford business address.

The seller was 27 Imlay Partners BSD LLC, which is controlled by Robert Wolf of Brooklyn, New York. 

The apartment building was built in 1965 and has studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments, according to CoStar.
