Main Street Community Foundation awards $112K in scholarships

The Main Street Community Foundation recently awarded more than $112,000 in scholarships to 68 area students during the foundation’s annual scholarship reception at Hawk’s Landing Country Club in Southington. A total of 88 scholarships were awarded from 48 scholarship funds established by donors at the foundation. Scholarships are available annually to students from area communities, including the towns of Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington and Wolcott.
