Waterbury-based Post University recently promoted two staff members to dean and assistant dean.
Director of Nursing Education Kimberly Nerud will become the dean of American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Faculty member Michael Wolter will now serve as the assistant dean of undergraduate programs in The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business.
Nerud has 20 years of experience in nursing education and has helped to expand Post’s healthcare programs during her tenure.
Wolter has spent the past five years at Post teaching students in its business school. In his new role as assistant dean, he will work directly with the school’s leadership to advance the quality of its undergraduate programming and course instruction.
Provost Elizabeth Johnson said of Nerud and Wolter, “Both bring a depth of knowledge and experience to our team that will ultimately prepare our students for successful careers.”
