A 10,080-square-foot medical office building in South Windsor recently sold for $1.5 million.
The 32-year-old, brick veneer and aluminum-sided building sits on 2.4 acres at 15 Morgan Farms Drive. The property was sold by 15 Morgan Farms Drive Associates to Morgan Windsor LLC, in a sale logged by the town on Jan. 22.
The principals of the seller include Arthur G. Langlais, of South Windsor and Robert N. Burstein, of Ellington. Ahron Rosengarten, of Brooklyn, is principal of the buying limited liability company, according to state business records.
Rosengarten said this is his first investment in South Windsor, although he hopes to purchase additional investment properties. The property currently hosts dental, physical therapy and pediatric medical practices, he said.
“I was attracted to South Windsor in general,” Rosengarten said. “We like the town. We feel it’s a good town to invest in. The property was well maintained with strong tenants.”
