Westfield Bank has opened a new branch in Granby.
The Massachusetts-based lender, which had operated a location in the Granby Village Shops, debuted a new branch office a block away at 12 East Granby Road on Dec. 13. A formal ribbon-cutting ceremony was held two days later.
“We are excited to have opened our new, state-of-the-art office in Granby with added services to benefit our customers,” said Westfield Bank President and CEO James Hagan. “Our initial success in Granby, eight years ago, thanks to a welcoming community, has led us to grow to four offices and a broad customer reach in the greater Hartford area.”
The new, full-service branch is open Monday through Saturday and features, among other services, a drive-through ATM and night deposit services.
Westfield Bank, which is headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts, just west of Springfield, has four locations in Connecticut, according to its website — in Granby, Enfield, Bloomfield and West Hartford.
